Overview

Ready for some beach vibes? This home is VERY spacious! Two HUGE living rooms!  Great for families!  Interior has been fully renovated recently!  Beach essentials included. Large fenced in backyard with patio (grill included)  and bikes to explore the town and nearby beaches. 10 minutes or less to Mayo clinic! Shops, restaurants. and bars all within biking distance.

Spacious home with a great layout! Separate kitchen and dining areas as well as two separate living areas. two bedrooms and two full baths (one off of family room). All the essentials that you need with space to spread out!

There is a guest suite on property that is a separate unit, however please note that there is a shared wall so please be courteous. Both listings have their own entrance, driveway,yard and space (zero shared space).

We live a mile down the street and are happy to help if needed!

The house is in a nice residential neighborhood within easy biking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery, coffee shop, and more!

Please note that there is a "in-law suite" connected to the home which is occupied by other guest or the owners at times. This property has it's own entrance and yard, however these two separate spaces do share a wall.

Also please note that there is no washer or dryer available at the property.

A highly recommended property! The house is wonderful and location exactly what we needed. The hosts are the best - always available, flexible, and extremely helpful. If you need a place to book, highly recommend.

Kent's home offered a quiet refuge for my husband while he recovered from a surgery at Mayo Clinic (which is a short 3 miles away). The home is very spacious - as pictured - and allowed my son to join us for the stay. The interior is newly renovated, the outside of the house and the property needs some TLC. The beach is a short car or bike ride away, there are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in close proximity as well. Overall, good value and experience for this rental!

The house was spacious and perfect for our family in town for the weekend. We’ve stayed at another one of Kent’s property’s in Jax Beach as well, and we’d definitely recommend them to folks visiting from out of town seeking the laid back beach lifestyle.

A great retreat for me and my sisters, very clean and well equipped with games, beach chairs, towels and bikes. We didn’t use the bikes this trip because we were busy site-seeing. Enjoyed our stay in Jacksonville!

I loved the location, cleanliness and bright feel to this house. Being able to use the beach bikes was a great bonus and a fun way to see the town. Kent was friendly and very helpful, I would stay here again!
