Great spot right on the canal, was super easy for us to bring our boards/kayaks into the yard and get on the water. They also had several kayaks there for guest use. Chill spot with plenty of room for parking. Had to contact Laura and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would come again!

Perfect place for a family vacation! Only a short paddle to get to the main river and had all the kayaks you could possibly need. Rogers park and hospital hole are close by maybe 15-20 minute paddle. We had a blast swimming right behind the house in the canal. Also saw some dolphins and manatees. Laura was really nice and responded quickly to any questions. 10/10 would recommend this place!

If you want to see manatees this is the place to stay! We saw the cutest family of manatees everyday. They would come right up to the dock to say hello. It’s about a 5 min paddle to the main river, next to the Upper Deck. Everything you need to kayak is right there at your disposal. Super cute house, will be back in the summer for more fun!

A great place to stay! The house is clean and cozy. There are fish swimming in the canal, which is really nice to see. It’s also awesome that kayaks are available. There is also a great area to walk a dog.

Laura’s place was great for a weekend away on the river with the kids. She was very helpful and responsive, and even allowed two members of our group to stay and use the boats past checkout, which was very appreciated. We would definitely return for another stay.

Laura’s place was just as described. It was decorated so cute and had everything we could have needed and more. It was the most well stocked Airbnb I have stayed in. Laura was so nice to let us check in early and was available for any questions we may have had. The best part was watching the manatees right from the dock! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay here because of the location but we had a few issues with our stay that made our trip a little less enjoyable. There were some plumbing issues upon arrival that required a plumber but the owner did handle this situation quickly though so that was good. The kayaks have broken seats and are kept on the ground in full sun so we ended up just renting some instead. The bed pillows are paper thin, there's no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, musty AC units in the bedrooms, no bathroom fans and the second bedroom/bathroom were way too tiny to comfortably use. All in all the home was cute, on the water and had a lot of amenities, but the home definitely needs more thorough cleaning inside and outside of the property and everything checked and in working order before new visitors come.

Our stay was wonderful! Our house, Laura, and the other hosts We’re extremely helpful and highly responsive. There were many kayaks to choose from for all sizes. The dock was attached to the backyard brand new. The home was so comfortable, the locals were so friendly. We can’t wait to go back! We even got to see the mama dolphin and baby do dolphins swim together in the river alongside us!

Ice cold AC and the space was even a bit larger than I expected. Very clean and had a really nice charm and character. Would recommend!

Larry and Laura were very thoughtful and put so much detail in accommodating their guests. Their house was amazing and the location could not be better right on the riverside. We had so much fun exploring the area on foot and especially by kayak. You will find everything you need at their place and more. We literally planned to come back before we ever left.

This is the perfect spot if you are looking for access to guaranteed manatees! Multiple Kayaks available to launch in the water right in the backyard off the dock allowed us to be on the river everyday and plenty of beach towels so you dont have to worry about being short of what youd use for bathing. The outside screened-in porch was the best place to have breakfast, coffee or dinners. The house is even cuter than the photos. You feel right at home and there is everything and more than you think you would need. It was spotless when we arrived and Laura made sure to give us lots of recommendations of local things to do. You are only a few minutes from a grocery store for needed items and the neighborhood was great to walk our dog in also. I would recommend staying here to any and everyone that asks.

beautiful home. natural light. all the bells and whistles. rogers park was probably 15 mins by kayak but was an incredible ride getting there so it was just fine. toilet paper, paper towels, even a bag of ice! laundry unit was in the house which made it easy for when we had to do a round of laundry after fishing. fished right off the dock by the way! awesome time! thank you for being responsive and amazing hosts! Will definitely return

Love this house! It was so cozy and we felt right at home. The house had everything we could ever need and had many kayaks to choose from. The location is perfect and was just a short ride to the main river and park. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay at the Little Bohemian. We saw manatees one night and saw a lot of jumping fish. The host was responsive with any issues and went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have stayed here 3 times. It has been upgraded a bit and still feels like home. Beautiful job. The upgrades and new decor is fabulous. We love this little cottage.

We had a wonderful stay. My daughter thought the area was so magical from real mermaids, kayaking next to a manatee to having dolphins swim around us at the nearby beach. Plus the tikitub was a hit. Laura’s home was clean and a perfect place to relax with plenty of space to spread out. Have already recommended it to friends.

Had an amazing stay! The house is very cozy, the back porch is SO relaxing, & the location is awesome! Had some magical encounters while paddling (the house comes with all the kayaks you could ever need) with manatees, dolphins, & even an otter. We had a lovely weekend at this peaceful Weeki Wachee home! It’s newly renovated with charming, eclectic decor and is tucked in a quiet neighborhood just off the main river. We even spotted a manatee and a dolphin in the back canal—such a cool experience! The coffee bar stocked with K-cups, ground coffee, and snacks was a thoughtful bonus. We also appreciated the many kayaks, life jackets, and helpful house manual—we visited BayPort Inn, and it was just what we were looking for. Some areas, like the outdoor space and a few maintenance details, could use extra attention, but overall the home has lots of character and potential. With a few improvements, this could easily be a 5-star getaway.

The property is right on the canal and an easy kayak to the river. Had more kayaks than listed and was a nice quiet place to stay.

We had the best time! The house is super cute, clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We like to cook when we travel, and Laura's kitchen had everything to make that possible. We used the provided kayaks to explore the beautiful river, and saw multiple manatees. We appreciated the beach towels and the reusable water bottles for use while there. The outside bathtub was my favorite part and now I have to have one at home! Overall great and we would definitely love to come back, or explore one of Laura's other properties.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at Little Bohemia. The kitchen was fully equipped, lots of nice towels and beds were comfortable. The air conditioning perfect for the hot weather. A large selection of kayaks with access to the lake. Our stay was perfect. We would rent again.

Laura's place was just as described. It was cozy and beautifully decorated. The location was great, about a 1/2 mile from Roger's Park and a short paddle to Weeki Wachee river. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning was cold. Something I'm always concerned about when staying in any Airbnb. We even seen a momma and baby manatee right off the back dock🥹. We'll definitely stay here in the future. thank you Laura!

A stay at the Little Bohemia was exactly what my family and I needed for a mid year reset and Father’s Day present. There was plenty of space for our family of four and my four legged fur son. My mom and dad found all the comforts of home, my brother had all the water activities he loves and I got to relax and enjoy the nearby springs. Laura was responsive and made the check in process so easy I felt like I was pulling up to my own home, not someone else’s. We’re already talking about coming back before the year is out for another little family getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this riverfront Airbnb! The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing escape. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating—easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights was having access to kayaks right on the river. We spent hours paddling, taking in the calm waters and stunning nature views. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding, with a great spot to sit and enjoy the breeze off the water. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. You can tell the hosts put care into the little touches, which made it feel extra welcoming. The place was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the state park immensely which was very nearby. The house has a connecting waterway to the Weeki Wachee river, which is very accessible. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the covered porch too with nightly fires by the water. It was a very peaceful property. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed for a few days and this home was above expectations. Laura was SO easy to communicate with. She was so kind from start to finish. The property has everything you’ll need, there’s literally everything. The kayaking was so close to the springs and we even got to see manatee. If you’re looking for a quiet CLEAN lovely place, this is it. We appreciate all the small details that were put into this property. We will definitely be back.

This AirB&B was perfect for our weekend with friends. We were happy to find so many “normal” household items we could use during our stay. We were so thankful that pets were allowed, and there was even an area full of anything that may have been forgotten for your animal. It allowed our friends and dog to enjoy vacation with us. The house was adorable and located very close to restaurants and attractions on the spring. It was money very well spent, and the canal location allowed a peaceful getaway from the hustle of the main river.

Great little spot on the canal. Many cool places to kayak in the area, local restaurants near by and decent fishing right off the dock. Loved the open space in this house, as well as the great kitchen, and screened in porch. Had a spot for a fire outside and the outdoor tub was an AWSOME perk.

The pictures were great but when we walked in and saw it in person it was spectacular!! The decor was really beautiful and gave a relaxing vibe. The screened in porch was my favorite place to sit and look out at the water! The outdoor tub much to my surprise became my favorite nightly routine looking at the stars. It was so peaceful and relaxing will definitely be back!

This was a fun house to stay at for the weekend! We kayaked towards the gulf to fish which was easy to do from this location(also just as easy to get to hospital hole). Lots of fun to come back to the house and swim in the canal with the neighbors! We saw manatees right off the dock one morning! Overall it was a great trip and Laura was very proactive with info.

Laura did a good job communicating. But this place really needs some care and maintenance. The grass wasn’t mowed and very high . There was a side yard that had projects and debris just sitting there. There was a musty smell as soon as you walk in we had to get candles to make it better. The beds are not comfortable . Bathroom door doesn’t offer much privacy and outside bathtub was in bad shape also. I want to say a couple good things because it wasn’t all bad. AC worked good and had a nice back porch. The price doesn’t reflect what you get though.

What a wonderful spot! The outdoor spaces were awesome and great swimming right off dock. The main channel for the river was just a 10 minute paddle away and it was breathtakingly beautiful. The airbnb was cute, cozy and stylishly furnished and really comfortable for us 5 guests. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels and linens. The kayaks are super great, just being able to paddle straight out from the house is a plus. Plus the rustic outdoor bath was my favorite, I think I spent an hour out there. Definitely a sweet spot to visit!!!

This was the perfect place for our weekend get away! We absolutely fell in love with how peaceful it was right in the water. We took one of the kayaks all the way to the weeki wachee state park with several manatee sightings along the way! Looking forward to our next stay here, but definitely for a longer period!

I had the best time! took the kayak out and went to the springs. it was so beautiful.

The location of Laura’s home was great, we saw a baby dolphin and her mom, manatees, and enjoyed swimming with the duck that lives in the canal. Love how clean the canal was compared to other ones in Weeki. The kayak ride was not too long to get to clear parts on the main river. The kayaks get kind of dirty cause they are laid on dirt on the side of the house. Beds were comfy, and the home was so cute overall and we had lots of fun. The door to the main bathroom is a sliding wooden door, it doesn’t lock all the way so the privacy is lacking, but the small bathroom in the 2nd bedroom had a door thankfully. We also had some bug encounters but Laura communicated that they are getting it worked on asap. Overall really enjoyed our time.

Thank you Laura for everything. I had a great time with my daughter and will definitely be coming back soon. I will make sure to bring my mom and my sister next time

Large TVs, lots of AC, limited clutter and great use of space. The paddle to the park is refreshing and if you can last- the whole river is great. Highly recommend.

What a perfect spot for a river get away! Just a short kayak to Roger’s park and Hospital hole. A short drive to the upper deck and surrounding restaurant's. We spent most of our time kayaking the river which Laura has thoughtfully left at least 6 kayaks to choose from. With the home being dog friendly, it made traveling with our fur baby that much easier and enjoyable for all of us. There are a few sets of stairs to get in and out of the house and out into the backyard, may not be suitable for folks who have issues with stairs. The backyard is a beautiful area to sit and have your morning coffee, watch the manatees and dolphins swim by, plus added bonus there was a fire pit to sit and hang at night under the stars. We loved our stay here, would come back in a heartbeat!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Laura’s place. It really does feel like our home away from home. There’s so much to do on the property without spending extra money, which is great when you’re traveling with kids! Comfortable beds, beautiful river, friendly neighborhood.. I could go on forever. Don’t keep scrolling.. book this home.
