Laura's place was great! It was the perfect location, easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and the beach. the pool and tiki bar were fun additions and the backyard was great for the pups to walk around. The house was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay at the beach.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with our two dogs and honestly had a wonderful time overall. The location is unbeatable, and the space was perfect for the two of us plus our pups. We'd absolutely book again if we're back in the area. A few small things to flag for future guests: the bed squeaks with every movement, which made for some restless nights, and we noticed there were no tissues in the unit. We were also asked to roll out the trash bin for pickup during our stay, which felt a bit out of place for a vacation experience. None of these were dealbreakers, and we genuinely loved the place. If the bed gets sorted out, this would be a five-star stay without question. We hope to be back!

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect — steps from the beach and close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy. The house had everything we needed and plenty of extras we didn’t have time to use (next time, those bicycles are ours!). Beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked — we couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay was amazing! This house is a perfect beach getaway, with so many restaurants, bars, and more so close by. This house definitely felt like a home away from home. Laura had a whole binder of recommendations and you can tell they really strive to make your stay perfect from start to end. We had some troubles with our AC, they had someone come by in less that 5 min and were so quick to fix the issue. The backyard is a HUGE plus and Jax Beach is beautiful! Definitely book this if you want the best vacation ever!

Although it is not a remodeled home, it was very clean and homey. We did not use the amenities in the back yard or the games in the house (foosball, ping pong, and basketball), but I am sure for someone traveling with kids or a group of people, this would be a place for lots of fun. We were just glad that we could bring our small dog, had the park close by, and were walking distance to our son and daughter-in-law’s house.

We very much enjoyed our time here. It was in a good location close to the beach and grocery store. We had a nice fire in the fire pit outback and felt very comfortable. Just hanging out away from home for a few days. We liked it enough to extend our stay one extra night

Beautiful property and probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat/layed on! Great design - just what we had hoped for a FL vacation. The backyard area was wonderful for hanging out and grilling food too. We'll definitely be back!

Laura was amazing very accommodating. The home was immaculate and has everything you need and more. Great entertainment you don’t even have to leave the house to have a good time. I hate that I was there for business/school and didn’t get much time to enjoy the amenities. I look forward to having Laura as a host again in the near future!
