Kent was great. We had to have a bicycle tire fixed. He came right over, good talking to him. Enjoyed our stay very much! Would stay here again

This place was perfect for my husband and I’s stay in Jacksonville. Such a convenient location to many restaurants & things to do, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive! We really enjoyed our stay- the place had everything we needed.

Kent was very responsive and flexible with our check in. I am new to Air B&B. I needed a place to stay for 4 nights. I submitted a request on the first night we needed after 10pm. It got approved the next morning. Since we did not get an approval until the next morning, Kent fully refunded us for the first night. While on the phone he explain how Air B&B works and helped me understand I should have canceled the request and resubmitted for 3 nights. He was very informative and I would be happy to stay in his place again.

Beautiful, small, charming suite perfect for 2 people! Very spacious bathroom with lots of counter top for getting ready. Comfy bed with easy to access lamps overhead. Small kitchenette but everything you need!! The included beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers absolutely MADE our stay. 10/10 amenities. Kent was very pro-active in reaching out to see if we needed anything while we stayed. Will stay here again!

Returned to Jax Bch for an epic reunion with college friends and Kent’s place was perfect. The house is situated in one of the best neighborhood’s in the area- quiet, clean, family friendly, close to everything. Beach bikes were a huge plus (if you visit Jax Bch, you gotta bike around). The cottage was cute and comfortable, no complaints. Kent was easy to reach and very helpful.

Love the location. Walking distance to the beach. Kent is very helpful when having some s during booking. Would book his place again and recommended it

I really enjoyed staying at Kent’s and will book again! Very private entry with nice driveway parking. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is well appointed. Because my stay was extended, they offered to change the sheets and provide fresh towels. It was a great stay!

Location was perfect! Right down the street from grocery stores and an amazing taco spot - Tacolu! This was the perfect size place for a short weekend.

Great place and centrally located….we came for primarily Mayo Climic visit for 4 days and it was a very short drive to the clinic about 8-10 minutes. The bonus was it is easy access to the beach and just about anything else you would want to do. We took advantage of the sites, hiking trails and the local Art Museum…. Overall awesome stay, would gladly rebook and recommend to anyone. One last thing I especially appreciate is that even though I didn’t read the check in instructions before I left which after the fact were very clear and even had pictures of everything needed to get in smoothly…he was patient and gracious, going the extra mile to ensure we settled in well 5 stars from start to finish Thank you!

Ken provided a clean and very quiet, and comfortable stay that was very close to the family member I was visiting. I slept very good in the room, and was able to make breakfast and coffee. The beach cruiser bike was a great amenity! Thank you very much! Tops in a local room to rent in Jacksonville Beach!
