My daughter and I visit JAX Beach every summer, and we originally booked this house for its perfect location near our favorite beach access. We quickly fell in love with the home itself! The thoughtful amenities—washer/dryer with detergent, bathroom toiletries, and stocked pantry basics—made our stay so easy. The adorable orange dishes, quality cookware, cozy living room, and comfortable bedrooms with luxurious linens made it feel like home. Kent was an outstanding host: responsive, kind, and always helpful. We’re already planning to book again in future years and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! 🌴☀️

June 2026 5.00Walking distance to the beach, Kent has everything needed for a day at the beach, I didn’t have to pack anything such as chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and wagon to transport it all. Left great food recommendations and stores were in a waking distance!

May 2026 5.00Kent’s place was perfect! There three of us in our group and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds are SO comfortable. The best part was it was only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and we didn’t need a thing for a day at the beach, Kent’s place had everything. My first time in Jacksonville and I would definitely recommend Kent’s place and stay here again.

May 2026 5.00We had a lovely stay during our trip for Mother's Day. The house was beautiful inside and out. It was so close to the beach like advertised. The hosts left clear instructions and great recommendations for anything you could imagine during your stay. We would definitely rebook at either this location or one of the other locations the hosts offer.
